A girl met a boy…

She never met someone so amazing.

And friends they became.

And friends it was.

For friends was what they were meant to be.

Sharing secrets and laughter. Joy and fears.

Never expecting that One day she would fall.

And fall she did. Though control it she did try.

The timing wasn’t right.

Giving countless reasons, wondering why?

The internal turmoil was a hopeless fight.

It must have only been lust. But she knew better.

She knew he wasn’t perfect.

And his faults she did see.

But she knew he was worth it.

And hope she did. Till hope no more.

She missed him. Until she didn’t.

Until one day he came back.

But what he offered, wasn’t what she wanted.

Though she knew that what he offered, was all that he could offer.

She isn’t perfect. With her many faults, that she was sure he could see.

But decide, she had to.

It was all or nothing.

And nothing it was.

So nothing it had to be.
